The bridal shower was so much fun and turned out beautifully! I’m so happy everyone was able to come and spend some time with me as the wedding day gets closer and closer! We did a lot of the decorating and details on our own. I made the above welcome sign out of poster board and my sister picked up this adorable chalkboard sign at Hobby Lobby. We added some greenery and voila!

– The Layout –
We opted to rent chairs, tables and linens from Affordable Rentals. They were so great to work with. They delivered all the items we needed the day before the shower. I opted for pastels with touches of, you guessed it, gold. My sister and nieces made the adorable mason jar centerpieces. We used gold chargers we already had and included a photo at each table from our engagement shoot. My sister also decorated my chair with a gold, “Bride to Be” sign she made.
Flowers: Trader Joes & Costco
Rentals: Affordable Rentals
– Gift & Guest Plate Table –
The gift table also included a guest book on a plate I picked up at Dollar Tree. I wanted to have something other than a book to keep in our home to remember my shower. I love the way it came out! A chalkboard sign greeted guests with a countdown to the wedding day! I picked up an old frame from Goodwill and painted the center with chalkboard paint.
– Favors –
For the bridal shower favors, we found these super cute bride and groom boxes at Dollar Tree! We put a ring pop sucker in each one for my guests to take home 🙂
– Food & Bubbly –
My dad and brother threw it down in the kitchen! We had a selection of sandwiches, meatballs with dipping sauce and bruschetta. We also had lemon bites from Costco (I died and went to heaven when I tried one) and cupcakes! And I couldn’t have a shower without a mimosa bar! We cut up fresh fruit and had all kinds of juice to mix with the champagne. My sister made the hanging poms poms out of tissue paper and I made the mimosa sign out of craft paper and glitter! I also made the flags for the lemon bars and loved how they came out! We got all of the serving plates and champagne glasses at Dollar Tree as well!
